Biography

I remember my father taking this picture. I was 8 months old and I thought what was he doing disturbing my chewing!
Maybe that was the beginning.
My father was a passionate hobbyist and I grew up surrounded by cameras. Later I had my own cameras and then I professionalized in 1998, studying photography at Senac-Ceatel.
In 2000 I went to a training course as photojournalist at Niigata Nippo Newspaper in Niigata, Japan, having many photographs printed during the10 months I spent there.
Back in Brazil, I just got a job as photojournalist in 2003, where I spent only one year due to health problems, and took a break of photography until 2006, when I joined flickr and then a whole new world opened to me.
My focus changed and I started to experiment different techniques and to work with Photoshop, beside using different kind of cameras, and over the years I've been refinining my work.
But I keep learning. Always.
